Why the fugg do I cramp so damn bad after I workout? I've done everything I know to do from drinking enough freaking water to float a boat, to fucking eating bananas like a fucking monkey, to taking strait up potassium pills, to glutamine. WTF is up, I done chest yesterday, and I cramped up so bad trying to take a piss at the Mexican Restraunt I had to get my bro come in a stretch my fucking arms back to get the cramps to stop. I mean not just fucking cramps I'm talking complete hard ass muscle lock downs. And the shit lasts for hours, not too bad immediately after I'm done but within 2 or 3 hours I'm locking the fuck up. Not just chest, its any muscle I work. It's annoying as hell and rather freaking uncomfortable. Any advice from you nuggas would be appreciated. I'm sure I must have some kinda fucking defiency making this happen, other than the obvious mental defiency smart ass's.
