Why the fugg do I cramp so damn bad after I workout? I've done everything I know to do from drinking enough freaking water to float a boat, to fucking eating bananas like a fucking monkey, to taking strait up potassium pills, to glutamine. WTF is up, I done chest yesterday, and I cramped up so bad trying to take a piss at the Mexican Restraunt I had to get my bro come in a stretch my fucking arms back to get the cramps to stop. I mean not just fucking cramps I'm talking complete hard ass muscle lock downs. And the shit lasts for hours, not too bad immediately after I'm done but within 2 or 3 hours I'm locking the fuck up. Not just chest, its any muscle I work. It's annoying as hell and rather freaking uncomfortable. Any advice from you nuggas would be appreciated. I'm sure I must have some kinda fucking defiency making this happen, other than the obvious mental defiency smart ass's.
 
Yea still on Tren bro, I hardly see how I'm over training. I went super heavy on bench yesterday, I can only assume that may have been why they were so sever last night, but the total volume was less than usual being I worked up to a max load on bench.
 
Just throwin it out there. I have to make myself get out the gym on this tren. Worked out the other day for almost 2 hours not counting cardio and caught mad cramps after
 
IDK I have battled this for a couple of years now but it seems to be getting worse.
 
How long have you been on man? Juice can be hard on tendons, ligaments, etc as you know. My guess is probably over training as everyone else said the only time I have ever had issues with cramps.
 
I have the same issues on Tren and are currently having the same cramps however not as bad. Its caused by lifting extremely heavy and not resting enough between body parts. I have also found that Tren causes aches and pains in my muscles that I have never experienced before, If you are lifting heavy then rest more between days you perform your exercises. Thats what I have had to do. I hope this helps. I was training so much, it was actually hurting my gains. Guarantee thats whats going on with you.
 
Ima go with Plunkey, I'm just on my period. NOT. Thanks for your input I take in enough salt. I just don't see me being overtrained, but possibly I am, my motavation has been less lately, so could be the dealio. Will more joose get me past this rough spot? :)
