How is the best way to remove knots and scar tissue that have formed under the skin, specifically in the glutes?

Depending on how long you in the game you just gonna have scar tissue..your best bet is to rotate injection sites..the knots will eventually go down over time..

you need to let your body eat away at that scar tissue. not sticking a piece of metal in that spot for starters.. everytime you do the body will try and repair and that is why you get the scar tissue in the first place

all the newbie skinny dudes love pinning glutes for some reason. i think it has something to do with the ass that they love. you realize there are way better spots to inject right?
