Ive been about a while, im at a fairly advanced stage with my knowledge and with my bodybuilding.

My question is :

Is there any discussion forum you know that had purely advanced talk on it, no stickies and no bull shit, I know there are many great members here but Im looking for somewhere with maybe a small group of advanced athletes ?

Regarding the comments on Elite from Ronin, I can't disagree. This continues to be my main board however, because I like the volume. All the others are just too slow for me. I like MuscleMayhem and I check it occasionally, but, its problem is it tends to be a "suck up to Chad & Tom" thing. Good bbers on it, though, and, you get inside scoop sometimes from the pros.

Cool thanks bro, I managed to find it ive got 7 posts up already LOL, its eems pretty cool, I hate to say it but elite used to be the absoloute dogs, when I joined all those years ago LOL, it was superb, no bull, no pop ups, no stickies, no shite it was good, sourcing was just begining then and it was cool.

If some of you guys what the inside on the UK bodybuilding scene then you can check out the site in my sig, im a MOD there and its a good board with 4k members some of which are real knowledgeable aswell, thanx bbig
