Hey Bro's

Question for you all. Other than board presses, heavy weighted dips, focusing on tri's, and just plain getting under the weight what else can I out into a 12 week traing program? I am going to the APA/WPA world bench press and want to break my states record for the 220's.

Please include a breif description of how to perform/set up for the exercise your recomending as I may not know what the hell your talking about!:D I almost for got, I am going to make weights out of PVC pipe and cement to hang from the ends of the bar as well.

Also, what do you good Bro's know about Karin's shirts? I just ordered a double denim and am expecting to move the planet with this thing!

Where are you at now?

Elite(westside) and MM are fantastic systems, both will help you accomplish your goals, when you have more time try both out for a while and see which one appeals to you for now, all in all it;s all about working your weak/problem points to achive your goal.

Elite has a section where they have pics and exercise descriptions. Both sell videos and conduct seminars.

I use Westside for sqauts/deads and MM for bench press.
MM has really lit a fire under my ass.
