Serious Insulin Quest

Hey, I was just wondering if I need to keep my insulin in the fridge or is the house OK? Also does it matter if it took 2 days to deliver, or is it ruined? How do you guys take it imediatly after training, Do you keep it in the car or just take it when you get home?

You'll need to keep your insulin in the fridge. As far as taking insulin, I usually keep it in the car inside of a plastic baggie with an ice pack in it...

Keep it cold! Why did you order it? Go to any pharmacy and ask for it, its otc.

It doesn't have to be kept cold, but the higher the temperature, the faster it will become inactive.
