Serious back acne

Awes0me

New member
Since i come off my last cycle of :

25mg Bol / day
200 mg deca / week
250 mg sust / week
20mg nolva / day

i have had alot of acne on my back (last 5 weeks), i know what your going to say, go see your doctor. I would, but i really dont want to walk in there and say yeah mate im a juicer !! (unless i REALLY have to). Does anyone know of anything i can buy that will help the situation ?

Please list piss takes below... LOL

The best thing you can do is finish the cycle... deal with your acne as best you can with Salicylic Acid soap and other topical remedies... then get on Accutane and eliminate acne for the rest of your life.

Does Accutane have any side effects?

Plenty... It can dry skin, chap lips, cause depression and elevate liver values.

You have to do it for 6 months and after that point the sebaceeous gland is permanently altered and will no longer produce the cystic acne.

Accutane is not a cure all by any means. It is meant more for cystic acne as opposed to whiteheads/blackheads, etc. Don't think that if you take it once you are cured from acne for life.

What type of acne are you getting?

I had really bad acne, much of it cystic on my back and shoulders pretty much all summer. I tried Panothenic acid(sp) from A health store, but it did very little for my extreme case. My doc prescribed 3 different things that never worked much until I went to a dermatologist. he put me on Doxycycline orals, and Clindamycin topical. I noticed a very significant change within 4-6 weeks and 2 months later is almost completely gone. I still have little red pimples, but no heads on them and definately no cistic type. Should be gone in another month hopefully. So far I can't really see any scarring either.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

Like Hey Mister replied the above statement is not true. I have done 3 courses of accutane at the suggested dosage of 80mg/day for 6 months for normal non AAS induced acne and it then comes back within a year. I would not consider doing a lengthy cycle without accutane in the mix. I am currently researching "2 week" cycles as a potential in the future without accutane to see how minimal the breakout would be. Accutane is defintely tough on the lipid profile hence my desire to find a way of cycling without it.

When does acne usually start to appear when on a cycle? Towards the end? or does it usually only take place post cycle?

I have seen some people with VERY bad acne looking great after using Accutane.

A girl I went to high school with had real bad "pizza face" acne. Long story short, she went on a 6 month cycle of Accutane. Completely cleared her skin and she's now a model for a well known clothing store in Atlanta. I talked to her a while back about it, and she told me she had several liver tests done after the dosage and everything came back 100%. It's also been 4 yrs since she took the stuff, and she never breaks out anymore. I do believe it cured her for life.

Before I knew of my extreme sensitivity to roid acne, from weeks 1-6 I was completely clear...From then till about 4 months post cycle I had such horrible acne (from both a sustanon and later a Deca cycle) that i still have scars littered across my back and shoulders. The second time round with the deca, no fuckin around i got some accutane and 1 month it was gone.

Oh btw, I never had more than a few zits from previous cycles. This happened to be from a 26 weeker. I believe prop had something to do with this. It never really started bad until I threw that in. I was only shooting EOD and have heard that the inconsistant blood levels caused by this could have been the culprit.

Accutane should be left as a last resort.

If this stack doesn't work for you, its most likely not much else will.

1. Guggulsterones(10% Extract) 180mg/day
2. 10g Vitamin B5(pantothenic acid)/day

This stack is actually more efficient than tetracycline at combatting acne.

I use Syntrax's Guggulbolic. You can buy it at www.netrition.com,
and pretty much all online stores. Its about $15 for 90 caps(30mg each).

I had mild to medium acne in high school nothing real dramatic, I worked out but never did juice, took accutane and it was a bitch on the lips...had to have blood tests done every month..but it was worth it, only thing that worked...question now is now that Im starting my first cycle Im hoping that I dont break out with nasty bacne or shoulder acne....as I was prone to it in high school..

P.S. for me accutane took care of acne ever since, never had a breakout...I do however get the occasional 2 or 3 pimples...like one on face and a couple on shoulders if I sweat alot at a workout and cant get to a shower for like an hour or two after I workout...

Definately sounds like this stuff shound be left as a last resort, but results sound really good !

dude i used this shit its called nutrigina acne soap it looks honey colored works like magic man

accutane is the way to go, i had no depression, u have to avoid sun while on because of the dry skin, into the lips drynes, use some glycerine, u´ll be allright.

Go to an esthetician and get a back peel done. I did it and it was the best thing I ever did for my skin. Only cost $60 too. I had gotten pretty bad acne on my back from my cycle and once I got the back peel it was all gone and has stayed gone for 2 months now.

B5

This is not a diss to FONZ's advice, but I myself tried B5 and had no success at cambating acne on my back with it. If I get acne after a cycle it always seems to go away in a few months anyway.

I went through a bought of acne on the outer side of my thighs during my last test only cycle. First time I've ever had a problem with AS related zits.

Since going off cycle I'm not breaking out anymore, but I still have the red blemish discoloration under the skin where the zits were.

Does anyone know how to fade these spots any faster other than repeated visits to a tanning bed and regular skin exfoliation (coarse scrubs), which I'm already doing?
