I'm a 40 year old male (5' 11" 168) and have been hitting the gym pretty regularly for ten years. I plateaued early after I put on 10-15 lbs of mass. I was pretty skinny in the beginning. Anyway, I have always wanted to put on some serious size and get cut up/veined up and have decided to do a cycle or two to see what happens. I've recently been taking Havoc with so so results. I have been in the gym 5-6 times a week, have increased my cardio and eat non stop. I have experienced no noticeable negative side effects (maybe some irritability?). If I am super serious about getting bigger/more cut and want to move on to something stronger what can you more experienced guys recommend? What exactly can I expect to experience and what changes might I see in my body.
