Sentencing for possession of anabolics.

Nautica, I'm glad that they didn't seek any jail.

Don't listen to the others who posted saying that if a doctor prescribed the steroids that it won't be a violation of probation. One of the conditions of your probation is that you stay off of AS. If you get a doctor to test you and you have low test levels, run it by your probation officer. While on probation, your probation officer is the closest thing to God, here on earth. He has the power over your liberty.

So my legal advice to you (and I don't think that I have ever steered you wrong in the past) is not to just go on anabolics without clearing it with your probation officer, first. If he says no, then your probation is only two years. It really could be much worse.

PM me bro................................... as far as steroids being scheduled Nautica I am very much aware of that....but the Federal Gov't at the time had a hard on for "club drugs" so the Juice just fell through the cracks....was never brought up in trial.....some federal motherfuckers are getting big as shit on my dime......fucking pricks......and as far as your probation goes....if you walk the straight and narrow for a year straight....you can petition to get your "paper" thrown away...meaning no more probation.....look into it.....it usually depends on how cool the judge is and your PO.......PEACE

I could have probably paid the fine off now. But I spread it out over the 2 years.

Can they reduce the probation time after the fine is paid off??? I thought if they gave you 2 years - you got 2 years.

I have done exactly that. Don't pay it off too quickly, I did that one time and it meant shit. I gathered it meant something when she told me that so the next time I was in there, I put her info to work and assumed that the 75% mark was a good starting point. It worked and she cut me loose the next visit. I was a model probate though, be there on time and be the first one there, you don't want to be after the fuck she hates. Yes they can cut you loose early, its like parole, you get out early. Parole still has you though, probation won't.

Nautica....luck had nothing to do with it.....it was a federal case....and the ball started in Phoenix with Sammy The Bull and his "X" ring.....they just followed the trail to our juice guy....and then us.....they didn't give to shits about the AS.....he had the best criminal defense atty. in the midwest...and paid a $10,000 dollar fine not to mention the car they took and the over $100,000 initially......and they still kept the juice.....wah...wah.....wah it's just not fair......I'm kidding though of course the shitty part was my boy being locked down with meth and crack dealers.......PEACE

I remember reading something similar to this in Maxim magazine about a year ago. There were three or four big mofos they beat the shit out of a kid and brought attention to their operation. I was thinking it was Sammy The Bull who got the biz rollin and run all of the other dealers out of town. Was this the same case as what your talking about?
