That sucks man. Regarding the testing-are you 100% sure they are actually spending the $$ to see if you have elevated testoserone? Those parole type dipstick piss tests usually only focus on sched I and II substances. I always thought steroids required a different type of testing(GC/MS or blood) than your basic piss test and is why so many in the Gov't (milit & police) get away with juice. But things could be different for fed convictions....?

They are sending me to a local drug treatment facility to test for street drugs, but they are also taking my sample at the fed bldg and sending it off. They have already done this once. They will not do it often but it could be done at any time. That is the problem.

That's harsh. HRT (and the drug co's pushing it) is much more prevalent in todays society so hopefully you will find a good doc and get it all legal.

I know my test levels are low and I would be a prime canidate for prescription anabolics.

Bro....If you can show the judge documentation that your test levels truly are low, then there is no way in hell they can fuck you for it.

I got a doc that will do it. I have had test run and he recommends HRT. My only question is. Can I do this and not break probation.

This is the way I look at it. If someone is on probation for possesion of Hydrocondone and they go to the doc for a back ache and get a script. Is this breaking probation or not???

My take

on that is you are under medical supervision so I would be up front and ask the doctor about his opinion on the situation, sounds like he is a good doctor.
Also, you possed an illegal substance, if I gave you my pain meds and you got caught with them in your possesion it would be illegal. But if you had a perscription for that pain medication it is not illegal, so probation would not have a thing to do with the legality issues.

It is all about medical supervision which makes using a controlled substance legal by way of a perscription...

Nautica, I'd just ride the probation out and not risk a fuck up, it wouldn't be worth it with the judge saying what he did about the max coming next time. Pay off the fine at about the 3/4 mark of your probation and they might let you off early, worked for me. Then get to juicin. Till then, stockpile my man, stockpile.
