This is the first time this has happened, at least now I know the guy really sent the shit, but what do most of you do when this has happened?

If you have some form of proof (like a letter) then maybe they will send again, using another fake company name or whatever, to try and get it through. They might well be watching everything that goes to you though for a few months.

Some supps will resend, good luck.

Yes see if your souce wants it for a re-ship. Also if he re-ships the order use another address for now to have it sent to.

I'm assuming that you guys have said go ahead and resend it, does anyone know what happens if they catch it again, anyone ever had it taken twice.

Well obviously you dont resend to the same address right away.
Send it to a different place with a different name.
If you got a notice then your addy might be flagged by customs.
