My tracking # has said this for quite some time. It went through JFK at a bad time during that terror threat, so I'm guessing that has a lot to do with it. It was a very large order so I've been sweating it since I realized I'm not recieving this pack. It was 35 kits of blue tops so I'm pretty much expecting something soon. It was sent to a UPS Store type place if that helps, but under my own name. Anyway, how long would it normally take to hear from this? All I can really do now is clean house, but I dont know how much that would help. I have a spotless record and if they search my house and come up with nothing, idk how they could prove I ordered anything.
