Seeking Advice from current / past steroid users

I have never tried steroids before And have heard a lot of horror stories, I am looking into getting onto a cycle of Deca, D-anabol, And test for 90 days but am not sure If i want too or not, I hear horror stories so I am wondering if anyone who has experience would mind telling me how it affected there mental state of mind during and post cycles, and how it affected there body post cycle. I have heard it makes you depressed? then there is always roid rage and I dont want to do one or two cycles then lose all my muscle mass a month after I stop. Anyone who has information pleae help!!! thank you

And just to add ito this for anyone who is going to tell me to research, I HAVE but its all very cofusing... Everyone seems to disgree on PCT, and I am looking for peoples personal experience with thes thiings
 
@ 150 all you need is a better diet, post ur current diet

I did a poorly planned cycle and weak pct. I didn't realize everything I needed to take into account until about week 2. So, I started learning right then.

I did not experience any moodiness. The best thing I can tell you, based on the mistakes i feel I made - Get something for when youre on cycle to control estrogen. I should have used an AI while on cycle because I was bloating like crazy by week 5. My blood pressure was climbing too. I took Hawthorn extract and it helped a lot with bp and water retention, but I wouldn't say it was enough.

On new injection sites, don't go for big injections. You will hurt bad. Test makes you feel like you have a massive charlie horse. So, every time you pin a new site for the first time, go with a lower injection quantity (the concentration of your test makes a difference too. Mine was 300mg/ml...very concentrated). Massage the muscle really well for an hour after injections. It helps move the test through the muscle instead of pooling in one spot and crystalizing.

Get a good pct. I'm still working on mine. I'm hoping not to feel so lethargic and depressed on the end of my next cycle. I can say, aromasin produced noticeable results. I liked it. 2 days after taking it, i started peeing like a horse and lost 10 lbs of water. It cleared up my bp and water retention issues. No side effects from what i could tell.

You might want to look into cabergoline. Sometimes it was hard to "get off" with my fiance. I could go forever with no orgasm. It was frustrating really. I guess it depends if that would frustrate you or not. Even alone, it was much more difficult.

Even with a poor cycle and pct, I'm going to keep 5 lbs of muscle at least. I had water retention. Pct was rough and i was tired and depressed for about 2 weeks. I felt like a crabby woman. Honestly, the pct was the only time my mood changed and i was never violent. I was just negative and crabby.
 
why do you want to do deca? just wondering. every skinny newb comes on here and wants to do deca and i've never understood why. is it what your buddy at the gym suggested?

read the sticky's, especially steroids 101. read it from top to bottom. and you will learn a lot
 
I'd bet my left nut that all these horror stories you have heard have come from :

a) Your buddies who have tried with no clue what they are doing

b) your buddies who know guys that didnt know what they were doing

c) The media


People who jump in while being seriously ignorant and uneducated and come out fine are LUCKY. Its not hard to take care of yourself and keep yourself issue/problem free....really really easy.
It is however quite simple to fuck yourself up if you dont have a clue. Some people are super sensitive to AAS in different ways. Some guy even look at test and their nipples itch and they start to grow breast tissue. This is an extreme example and not super common.
Some guys have no issue ever and are super irresponsible with AAS.

Educate yourself. Learn how to grow muscle without AAS by using CORRECT training and DIET. Then....you add AAS and enjoy the rewards you will get from knowing wtf you are doing.
 
Ok i appreciate everyones input and the things about diet lol so i guess the jist of what was said is if you do it proporly you dont have to worry about much, I guess i will do some more research because i dont know how to do it properly. And everyone talks in acronyms on this website (AAS, AI) I dont know what all this shit means, and while reading the 101 thread so many products are mentioned in the PCT part but no information really on where to get them or what they really do. IT all seems way more complicated than first though, i figured you inject some roids some test for a couple months and stop worying about it but apparently thats not the case, I have a good amount of time to research because i dont have $350 to drop on the cycle for a while, And the reason i posted the cycle i dick with the Deca is because thats what the guy i got to know said he took. Deca, D Anabol, And test, And he mentioned a PCT but i dont know what it was. Anyways to the people who asked about the diet partt here goes

I was actually born with somthing called cystic fibroses, its a disease of the lungs and its a very mild case but it still effects my whole body, I actually have a natural vasectomy and I dont have any natural digestive enzymes in my system, So i take enyzimes everytime i eat. Over the past year I have put on about 30 pounds by eating whatever I want and Drinking weight gainers about 3 times a day. So thats my diet, I dont reeally keep track and i know ill probably get crucifed for saying that, But ive never had to worry about it so I never have, but doing what im doing now i have stopped growing, weight and muscle. Sooo.... there ya go lol suggestions ?

Stick around here, read and learn how to diet & train....or you will become one of the horror stories..
