Hey Fellas
New to this site and I like what I have been reading. Seems that everyone here is on board to help which is nice to see. Here is what I have going on.
5'11 218 lbs 29yrs old. Been athletic my whole life and I carry the weight pretty well. I did a cycle back in 05 that consisted of 2000 mg of Sus, and 5000 mg of Deca Duroblin. I got home from a long stay in the sand (if you know what I mean) in December and was in the best shape of my life. 14:30 2 mile run time, benching 315 and everything else surrounding it was great too. Since then I fell into some depression dealing with anxiety and other shit that tags along with my trip. With that being said I started working out again about a month ago (mainly cardio) and am now back on the weights. Amazing how fast the strength and stamina go away. I'm about to get some gear from a good and reliable friend. This is what I want. Deca 300, Sustanon 300 and 50mg x 30 tab winni. I'm also aware that I need some ester blocker and PCT. Not certain what I'm going with as far as that goes. I'm going to buy this stuff and hang on to it for about 3 weeks before I start stabbing. I had amazing gains with my last cycle and if I can get there again I will be happy. What I would like your opinions on is this: How should I put this cycle together, how much cardio can I do ( right now I do 30 min eliptical morning, 3x5 min round heavy bag, 3 min jump rope, and target mitts). Cardio is important for me. I understand the low fat high protien. I will be taking in between 220-350g of protien a day. I would like to keep my calories around 2,200 for the sake of weight gain. My metabolism is'nt the greatest. Any advice from you guys would be greatly appreciated. I understand this is my first post on the forum but I assure you it isn't my first day of research and have been lifting for 13 solid years. Thanks for the help friends.
