If you go to the "my cycle forum" there is a sticky on the top that Radar put up there. Read the whole thread. It gives several examples of how people like to run hcg. There are a few different camps on how it is best to run it. The important thing to do is chose 1 and run it.

As for l-dex (or A-dex) at your dose of test I'd run it @.5mg EOD. This will be plenty to keep you dry.

As I said, I have three PCT's on hand I just have to decide which one to go with. It seems most of you guys favor HCG so I will most likely go with that.

One question though. Should the HCG be run by itself or in conjuction with Nolva?

My pct would include HCG and Nolva and NOT clomid. Too many issues with clomid so I stay away from it. That just my 2 cents worth. I would hit the stickies in the PCT forum to line out your PCT with the HCG and the nolva.
