Started Test E only cycle with first poke last Thursday, Nov 3. Should I wait a solid week before doing another 250mg and then ramp up to 2 x 250mg weekly.

Shoot today. Mon/thur inj. are good. There is no need to ramp up and down. 2x week and your good to go.

are you running l-dex along with test?

For PCT I'm goin with HCG and or Clomid. Still doing research on both. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running Test only. I posted about this previously and general consensus was to run Test only for my first cycle and to keep Nolva on hand just in case of any sides. I'm pretty sure you meant A-dex, not l-dex. If you didn't I don't know what l-dex is. I'm not too familiar with A-dex however, can you offer some info?

Am running Test E for 10wks.

i'm not going to blanket flame u for not having pct in line to begin with, but u should have nolva or clomid within reach while on a Test cycle in case of puffy, sensitive nipples, where u want to take them to avoid the incidence of bitch titties.

same as what bowtech said.... no need for ramping up and down (didn't work for me anyway).... as for liquidex, it's a liquid version of arimidex (anti-e) ... good stuff, helps with water bloat associated with test.... go to www.ag-guys.com - you do a search on here, there is tons of info on it... also, I'd go with Nolvadex over clomid (less likely to have sides and it generally is considered to be more effective)

I do have PCT in line. I bought Nolva, Clomid and HCG. Just haven't decided which one I will go with yet.

I have read good things about all of the above so to be on the safe side I bought enough of each one. I figured If I don't use them for this cycle I'll use them for the next one.

I agree with this. Use the nolva in case of gyno issues and for PCT and depnding on your cycle use the HCG. I assume you are running it for 10 weeks or did I miss it in your posts somewhere?

As I said, I have three PCT's on hand I just have to decide which one to go with. It seems most of you guys favor HCG so I will most likely go with that.

One question though. Should the HCG be run by itself or in conjuction with Nolva?

I follow a protocal I read in the PCT forum on elite.....good rule of thumb is to start PCT a week after your last shot, especially if using long-acting esters... Weeks 1-3 of PCT, do 1,000 - 1,500 IU HCG every other day (3 times a week) and 20 mg Nolvadex daily....weeks 4-6, just 20 mg Nolvadex daily....
