My second cycle will be

200mg test e ew
200mg deca ew
+anti estrogen
maybe some d-bol to kickstart it(max 4 weeks)

What do you guys think of my second cycle?

you need more test bro. 500mg a week test and you prob want 300mg week deca. if using dbol 30mg a day should be fine.

d-bol 45mg ED for 4 weeks
