Second Cycle - What Do You Think?

Hey Guys

I gained 30lbs from my first cycle of 500mg Test Cyp and 300mg Deca p/w. I've managed to hold on to 22lbs of it

Stats:
Age: 21
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 187lbs
BF%: 18%

Second Cycle:
Weeks 1-8: 400mg EQ
Weeks 1-11: 100mg Test Prop EOD
Weeks 1-2/5-6/9-10: Clen
Weeks 3-4/7-8: ECA

Goals:
  • Target of 8% bodyfat
  • Absolute minimum amount of muscle loss

What do you think?

I don't think you need to do a cutter yet. Do you realize how small you are going to be at 8% bf ifyou are 187 at 18% now? Continue to do clean bulks. Clean your diet up and your bf will go down a bit during your cycles. Also test/eq would NOT be my choice for a serious cutting cycle, if you are prone to eq hunger. Also, to get from 18% to 8% without loosing any lbm, you are going to need a longer cycle or ALOT more steroids to preserve your lbm since you will need to go on a rediculously low amount of calories to accomplish this in such a short period of time. I'm not trying to be overly critical, but its time to step back, tack a deep breath and reavaluate what you want to accomplish and how fast.
 
Ok thanks for the input, I realise that this is a difficult goal but I have done natural cutting cycles in the past and I have been left skinny and weak even with a clean diet.

I don't wanna be any heavier than 195lbs, ideally I would like to be in the 185-190lbs region with 10-12% bodyfat.

Given this is the case is this still a poor cycle?

I agree with BBF with the diet aspect... but this cycle can be look at in two ways... as a cutter as a bulker...depending on how many calories you take in. All because you have test in there combined with EQ... you can make the best out of this... eat clean, and eat alot of it. It you do that you will end up with not much more BF than you start, and more muscle than you started with.

I would switch the eca to t3 because it is better at preserving muscle uf anything build muscle, and run the clen like you would run the eca. here is a link to something BigAndy posted..

This is how you should run t3:(How I have ran it in the past)

day 1-5 25mcg
day 6-10 50mcg
day 11-15 75mcg
day 16-20 100mcg
day 21-25 75mcg
day 26-30 50mcg
day 31-35 25mcg
