Second Cycle--Need some help putting it together

Whats up bros,
I was on this forum before a long time ago, and i felt i needed to make my return to the ring!
I have done a cycle of test and winny a long time ago, fell in love, lost everything, fell out of love, got back in the gym about 5 months ago and put on a solid 20 natural pounds. Im feeling really good about myself, with my diet and where i want to be in the weight room so i figured its about time to throw in some gear.

Stats:
Age: 22
Weight: 175 lbs
Height: 5'11"
Spend 2-3 hours in the gym 6 times a week, cardio everyday for at least 40 minutes
Diet and daily routine:
Wake up at 5am
Breakfast:
3-4 eggs oatmeal or 4 slices of whole wheat bread and a slice of avacado
NO2 shake with protein
In the gym by 630
ON Pro Complex shake after workout (best protein on the market)
Lunch:
Chicken Salad or burrito or sandwich, apple, and banana.
Shake about 3 hours later
Dinner:
Chicken and veggies or rice
Shake before bed with some kind of snack.

I try to keep the calories around 3000-4000

I take fish oil 2400mg/day

I started this diet about 4 months ago and i think my body was kind of shocked because my cholesterol went through the roof. Before this i was eating like shit only 2 times per day.

Im looking to start a cycle that will put some lean muscle on me but at the same time burn fat and have a more solid appearance. Winny is out because of my cholesterol, but im open to some other suggestions. I was thinking something with EQ maybe stacked with two other things. Im completely open to whatever you guys have to say. Go to town and lets see what you guys can come up with. Thanks ahead of time bros. Cant wait to see what you think!
 
Pro you are getting all your Protein from shakes :eek2: . Please list your macros and the type of Protein you are using. Just copy and paste it from whatever website.
 
Until you get that diet dialed in, you wont get great results from any cycle. Here is my opinion, First of all you are overtraining 2-3 hrs 6 days a week is way too much. Second, your diet is pretty good except,you have nothing but a shake from 5:00am until lunch and from lunch until dinner. you can not build much muscle mass eating like that and overtraining. Shakes are good, but not as a replacement for a meal. IMO, you should be eating good solid food every 3 hours or at least 4 decent size meals. Try adding a small meal like tuna and WW bagle at 10:00 and a chicken breast or two with your afternoon shake. Try that for two months and see how it works for you.
 
Also, back training 5 months isn't long enough, IMO.

Give it a few more months....

Stock- im going to try to add another meal into my day, but its hard. Im in my last year of college and on my way to medical school. The time between 9 (when im done at the gym) and 12 (lunch) im in school. As for training that hard at least one of those hours is cardio and a half an hour for abs. I do one muscle group per day and cycle a different body part on friday.

Workout:
Mon: Chest
Tues: Back
Wed: Shoulders
Thur: Arms
Friday: Light weight (chest, back, or shoulders)
Sat: Legs

And if i do chest on friday i put back on monday and chest on tuesday

I really like my workout so i doubt ill change it.

As for holding off on the gear, i was thinking about that for a while. From the great advice, i think i might hold off for another couple of months, however i have some extra loot right now, so i figure i should get something now instead of waiting till im broke. Im in NO hurry for anything. When i was in the best shape of my life it took me 3 years to get there. My first cycle was done without any prep and i feel i should have gotten a lot more out of it and maintained it. I know what gear does to you without a base and dont need coached on that one. So with that being said i would appreciate some advice on what to get.

you are still pretty small. i think you should add some quality foods to your diet stop the cardio and put some mass on first. eat beef. i would still start planning your cycle now though.
 
im trying to plan a cycle now for down the road because i have the funds now.

someone give me some CYCLE ideas? Please.

Dont eat red meat because of bad cholesterol.

Week 1-12: EQ 400-500 mg/week
Week 4-10: Primo 100 mg/week

It seems as if this cycle will give me what i want. A little bit of size(which is least important to me), a lot of muscle hardness, and some cutting.

What do you bros think?

Are you training 7 days in a row? If so way to much. 3 on 1 off.

Your diet and training need a bit of work but you're still worlds ahead of some of the n00bs asking cycle questions.

Take some of the diet advice these guys are giving you and do a 5x5 routine (see stickies in weight training forum). You'll be happy with the results after 15 weeks trust me.

Some use EQ as a base but traditional wisdom says to keep test as the base (you want to at least maintain hard cock)

So i would go with (assuming you can get legit primo):

wk 1-15 Test E 500mg per week
wk 1-15 Primo 300mg per week

then PCT

If you want to kickstart with the dbol thats fine. Start a little lower though. Say 30mg ED.

Also you said your lipids are bad. Can you post the numbers?

My LDL was at about 200 2 months ago, but it is steadily falling. Im at about 170 right now. I told my doc i WILL NOT get on a statin!

About the cycle,
I used test cyp for my last one and liked it. I have been researching and researching and im really hooked on some BOLD, im not going to lie. Do you think including it with the test and primo would be a good idea? Im looking for the best cycle that is as anti estrogen as i can possibly get.

As for my diet...
I put together some numbers of what i ate today:
Protein: 224 g
Fat 70 g
Carbs 226 g!!!!

My LDL was at about 200 2 months ago, but it is steadily falling. Im at about 170 right now. I told my doc i WILL NOT get on a statin!

About the cycle,
I used test cyp for my last one and liked it. I have been researching and researching and im really hooked on some BOLD, im not going to lie. Do you think including it with the test and primo would be a good idea? Im looking for the best cycle that is as anti estrogen as i can possibly get.

As for my diet...

OK I'll say it "YOUR TO YOUNG"....but

OneBreath has good advise!!! IMO BOLD can cause major appitite increase for some, if not most. As for anti estro gear well drop the D-bol down, if not out for sure, 50mgs is way to much IMO.. If money is not the issue yeah Primo all the way but, with the right advise you can find here. I would run some test cyp or enth with a aromatase inhibitor and say the BOLD... Keep in mind the BOLD takes some time to kick in and get results so 14weeks is minimuim.

1-14 Test Cyp or Enth 500mg ew
1-14 BOLD 400mg ew

Get PCT dont leave it out DO IT RIGHT!!!!!!!!

i think all of your questions have been answered on the cycle. theres some good advice here. i think you need more of all of your macros. i eat that many carbs in my post w/o meal alone lol you are definately overtraining. you need days off.
