I agree, test at 200 and EQ at 400. Run um for 10 weeks since you are only looking for 10-12 lbs of LBM.
A Clean Bulking Diet will get you there. Increase the calories slowly over you maintenance until you start to gain fat. When that happens back it down.
You will probably want to be about 3000 calories and 270g of Protein per day. Based on your current weight and goals that should get you to your target.
