Second cycle need advice in gear

I'm getting ready to do another cycle and I was think about EQ 200 and stacking it with Deca 300 over a 10 week cycle. Does this sound good or should I throw in some Test. Good or bad advice would be great.

My first question is what was your first cycle. Also what are your goals for this cycle? Plus 200mg of EQ IMO is a complete waste.

I follow the KISS rule (Keep It Simple Stupid) and I would never recommend adding more than one new compound at a time. The whole idea of adding new compounds is to see how your body reacts to it. If you're adding two at a time, you won't know where the gains/sides came from.

What are you looking to do with this cycle, bulk or cut?
 
I'm 5'8 and 179 so I think I have the bulk for my height I don't want to get much bigger I am looking to get about 190 and ripped I stay in the gym 3 to 4 times a wk.

Looks like you responded pretty well to 200mg/wk of test, so why not keep that and run it with 400mg/wk of EQ. If you're previous exp. holds true, then you should see decent gains without a great deal of sides.
I recommend the EQ over the deca for you because even though 300mg of deca is a fairly low dose, there could be more potential sides. ie, water retention, loss of libido, progesterone induced gyno.

Also, eq is very slow. I would run the cycle out to 12 weeks.
 
I agree, test at 200 and EQ at 400. Run um for 10 weeks since you are only looking for 10-12 lbs of LBM.

A Clean Bulking Diet will get you there. Increase the calories slowly over you maintenance until you start to gain fat. When that happens back it down.
You will probably want to be about 3000 calories and 270g of Protein per day. Based on your current weight and goals that should get you to your target.
