Ok bros my friend is 20 and this will be his second cycle. I know he is to young for a first cycle but you cant tell him that. So any help would be great. He did sust 250. One amp every 5 days, he did 10 amps. Keeped 15 lbs after. Hes about 5'9'' 165-175lbs. Lower bf%. Hes into powerlifting. Wants to get stronger and add some size. Training is lots of compound ex. dead lift, bench, squats some other. High weight, low rep. Thanks
