Second cycle advice :) test/dbol/deca

Hey guys finally signed up as a member, have always been looking at this forum for good reads.
Anyways, planning to run my second cycle soon. Did 500mg test e first cycle and was all good.

Second cycle:
Week 1-4 Dbol 30 or 40mgs/daily
Week 1-10 Deca 250mg/week
Week 1-12 Test E 500 or 600mg/week

Week 1-10 HCG @ 500IUs twice a week
Week 1-12 Aromasin 12.5mg EOD or Arimidex 0.5mg EOD

PCT:
Week 15-18 Aromasin 25/25/25/12.5
Week 15-18 Clomid 100/100/100/50

Questions:
1. Will aromasin 12.5mg EOD or arimidex 0.5mg EOD overkill estrogen that's needed for growth? I understand that HCG, dbol and test aromatases hence the need for an AI throughout cycle.
2. Are the doses of each compound ok?

That PCT protocol is adopted from heavyiron's and shouldnt be wrong imo.
Stats: 22yo lifting 4 years diet and training all good. just finished a light cut to start the cycle at lower bf. bumping calories up slowly now, currently @ 3400-3500 calories. 80kgs 178cm 9% bf

who is heavyirons?

honestly swap out deca for NPP, you will thank me for it later on when your dick works after cycle

also you are gonna want to run anti prolactin support during NPP along with your AI.. run both together.

hcg doesn't need to be run from week 1, start it week 6 instead, save yourself money. and blast it as a kickstart into pct.

not a fan of running aromasin and clomid together for pct, run just the clomid and lower the dose. run DAA with it.

and lower your dbol to 25mg a day..

if you can't grow on that cycle then throw it away cause its probably bunk.

5 10 and just 178 pounds honestly no your diet and training isn't "all good" as you write.. thats skinny as fuck.. a buddy of mine does crossfit and he is leaner than you but weights more than that at your height and i give him a hard time about his skinny crossfit legs. so i don't see how your diet is anywhere close to where it needs to be. if you want to be rewarded in bodybuilding you better get that shit in order before anything.

I think I know who heavyiron is and Ive read some of his layouts. I agree with some of his views, but definitely not his pct. Your test dosages dont seem to mirror his theory of diminishing gains? Your deca dosage is nice and low which shouldnt cause any negative effects. I agree with steve that hcg from day one is necessary. Instead Id run hcgen from week 6-10, and hcg from 10-14. For pct your clomid dose is too high and alone is not enough. Instead Id run
14-18
Clomid 25 mg day
Postcycle/unleashed
Daa
Forma as needed

18-22 bridge or phytoserms, if you wanted to drop some fat you could do a cut with n2burn and n2stim. Its up to you but that deca and test is gonna cause some fat gain.

id seriously follow the advice given buddy your pct needs addressing . Id use the aromasin on cycle at 12.5mg like you said and run the hcg wk 6 and onwards.
Id stack your pct like this buddy:
14-18 clomid 25/25/25/25
14-18 unleashed/postcycle
14-20 Forma stanzol
14-20 Daa powder 3-4gs a day

the forma will replace the need for aromasin in pct and will help deal with the progesterone also, its an amazing prodcut and one i suggest you look into im sure youll love it buddy.
 
Don't need to run the clomid at 25/25/25/25/25 instead run 25/25/25/12.5/12.5 I do agree with the unleashed/post cycle, Forma and daa powder. Add bridge in at the end to keep your gains going.
