there's always at least one person to spot but if there wasnt I'd use a machine or the smith.. you need a spotter for barbell seated presses for safety imo

I hate that shit, the gym i am in now has the 130's and 150's, no 140's to be found. So now i can't go heavy on incline, and can't work my way up on a lot of exercises, sucks but what you gonna do. It has a pretty damn good anabolic section, the convo board is most of the guys who got banned from here though,lol. The convo board is tough, but it is fine as long as you have thick skin.
