Geez....all I want to do is return a Maxtor hard drive that would never turn on.
On Dec 4th....all Maxtor RMA requests were directed to Seagate due to a merger.
So....I finally knock down enough doors to get to the "RMA zone." I can't use it because I have a "pop-up blocker" enabled.
What kind of company forces you to disable all of your pop up blockers to get a damned RMA? That will likely force people to turn off their virus protection. Not a good idea in these days.
So...I turned off Windows pop up blocker and disbaled Norton for a while. Still kept getting the "pop-up blocker" enabled message.
Hell...I might have four pop up blockers enabled. Pop ups = more annoying than.............................
