Calling all gourmets! I've recently (2 months) started working as a chef, and the place I work has decided that it wants to become a fresh fish restaurant
Now as well as the menu items, we (me and 2 other chefs) have to come up with 8-12 fish specials a day for starters and main. I know there are cook books and internet recipie sites, but I would prefer "real life" ideas and recipies. Then hopefully the customers will look like this--->
