scrambled egg sandwhiches?

It depends on which part of the egg your scrambling, and which type of bread you're using; oh and if you're bulking, cutting, or maintaining.
 
im really jus focusing on fat loss right now...i am only doing cardio and light workout. I eat 2 scrambled eggs on toasted white bread and with a piece of cheese melted on it.

Not the best choice for fat loss IMHO. What about oats, few egg white, 1 egg whole, with *real* wheat bread and a banana.

Totally agree - cheese and white bread are not good ever, much less when trying to cut.

If you switched to rye or wheat bread and used low/non-fat cheese with egg whites you'd be doing yourself a huge favor.
