Any news about Scots?
Finished fourth today out of four. Only three points separated first and last place. I ended up losing a tie breaker to drop from third to fourth. Had an ok day but still not up to speed on everything.
1st event- Hooter girl bench press (60 sec time limit) got 23 reps to tie for second weight was somewhere between 270 and 300lbs.
2nd event- Farmers walk for max distance 270 lbs in each hand. Got 3rd, my calves started cramping up on me and I dropped the weight about the 30' mark. Very disappointed in this event.
3rd event- Tire flip stone load medley. Tire was 800lbs and the stones were 270-300-335. Made the first three flip and started cramping up again. Loaded the 270 stone easy, then could barely walk back to the tire. Got two more flips and had to call it quits so I didn't get on to the second stone. Finished fourth.
4th event- Keg shell toss over 13' bar. Miscalculated my distance and ended up having to rethrow two shells. Ended up in fourth.
5th event- Hummer limo pull. 100' got it in 31.xx seconds(not sure of the exact time). Had problems at the start due to slick cement but still good enough for second.
Ended up tied for third with 40 pts but lost the tie breaker. Had they timed the hooters press or I had flipped the tire once more I would have been in third or maybe tied for second. 2nd place had 41 pts and 1st had 43.
Feel pretty good about it even though I probably should have done better. There was no way I could have beaten the guy in first, he's just too good.

Sounds like you had a lot of fun!!!! Good times!

Good job Scotsman!!!
Thanks man, I've never finished last before so it kind of stings a bit. Just fuel to use for three weeks from now.

at least you were out there.
where in colorado was this? oh yeah, thanks for the heads up, fucker.
Hey bro sometimes a lil kick in the ass is what you need to get you to the top! Hey it's really nice where my brothers lives in Houston. He lives downtown in Arbor Place and you can walk to all kinds of restaurents, bars, and stores. They have women all over here during the day and night!
Yeah that is pretty nice part from what I've been told. I have a buddy that lives near there or at least used to haven't talked to him in a while.
Have a blast riding out the storm there, and keep the strippers at bay man.

If by fun you mean coming home feeling like I was raped by a team of clydesdales then ok sure.
Man I really do love it though. The competing part not the clydesdale part.

LMAO at Strippers!!! My brother said they have two of them that live in here and lay out by the pool! How are the strip clubs here?
No idea on the strip clubs just not my thing. Only really been to houston once and that was enough for me.
Chris- hell yeah man I love everything about this sport, just wish I hadn't missed basically six years where I could have been training. I'd be so far ahead now, possibly even a pro.
