Click the link and check the vid of it happening. Its real

fuck with the bull you get the horns

That cultural sport/art is so strange, dangerous, yet kinda beautiful... if u get the full narrative.
Even the most casual of fans can explain the intricacies of what makes a good matador and sucky one.

My guess, is that this one, took way more risk than usual... or tried to go from subpar, without having that 'sense' of his opponent.

Either way, man that is well, kinda horrific.

Killing an animal for no other reason than for the cheers of a few thousand bottom feeders is not something to be described as beautiful.

I hear ya bro. I'm not for specific violence. I never have attended a bullfight. An ex was explaining me the actual point of spanish style bullfighting. We got into the discussion, and I was like man thats fucked up, blah, blah...
She explained that yeah, it is, however, it's symbolizes man's race against time. Kinda like golf, it's a game of precision, mixed with well, in this case the artist/athlete putting themselves in an incredible amount of danger. A good matador is required to use only one stab, right between the horns. This appears where dude got gored. The bull, she explained is not seen as a sacrifical victim, but commands the respect as an adversary to man. In fact bulls that fight bravely are even commanded to matador-esque iconic status.
I knew nothing, nor do I care for this part of spanish culture. I do dig on the explanation of how it emerged and the pitfalls of it all...
It is brutal, however it ain't my culture, and I later understood how it emerged in the Spanish cultural dynamic.

Either way, I'd rather fish.
