TBF, I don't know many doom/stoner rock-style bands, and never liked anything like St. Vitus... and I hate Ozzy. But I always liked Cathedral for some reason.

Yep! For me Cathedral has always lacked in the lyric department. Their older stuff was decent, but their vocalist has always annoyed me with his, "oooohhhhhhh, yeeeah, yeeeah, yeeeah, yeeeah" bullshit.

Has some "My Arms, Your Hearse" similarities. I personally thought that was their strongest.
s Kari? Even much of her new stuff's similarily ambient. Still my favorite female vocalist.
I definitely preferred her in 3rd and the Mortal.
