Sciatic Nerve.

Does anyone have a diagram of the deltoid which shows how far in the sciatic nerve is?

I've heard some people talking about hitting it, but then again, it would be one painful experience.

I've never had a problem with delt shots (knock on wood), but I'm just wondering where abouts it is located in that area?

you'd need to have your head pretty far up your ass to hit the sciatic nerve with a delt shot, either that or your using a 25g x 3' needle. The sciatic nerve is located beside the crest or V in the glutes
