I could not agree more. Mad Dad (who was by no means big before) went in for a triple bypass at 47 earlier this year and lost some 30lbs while in the hospital. It took a while for him to even be able to do everyday life stuff again and he was not able to lift for at least 4 months so thats what heart sugary can do to someone
