Scary experience at th gym .EWWWWWW

i work at a mostly non juicing club. me and i would say maybe 4 or 5 others in the gym during the afternoons on on gear, well today me and my buddy were doing some incline press's when some jacked deisel comes walking by in his i think i am bigger than i realy am shirt on, you know the type, the shirts that half way deisel guys wear in the gym to make them look alot bigger, the shit that looks like he stole two thongs from a strippers underwear drawer and tied them together. well he was hick in the arms and the back was pretty nicelt formed, we figured right waay he had just come off a cycle cuz he wasn't holding water, we watched him lift inbetween sets and everything looked inorder, than he whent over to do upright rows, this guy bent over and his half way chissled chest flung out looking like a a 3rd world country women whos breast fed to much. i felt like asking the guy to do us all a favor and 1) dont walk around like a bad ass when yo have breats in plain view and 2) to read up on post therapy before doing steroids. i have seen gyno before, my boy just had surgery and his shit was very minor, but this guy serioisy needs to put a fucking shirt on,

the only good thing to come of this was it reinforced my belif on post therapy and sticvking to it. WOw it was scary. lol
 
Most guys with bad gyno seem to be in serious denial. One guy at my gym has pretty puffy nips right now, and wears a tank top that leaves his nipples exposed at all times (he is a football player, not a bodybuilder). I had a friend with some fairly pronounced gyno (he often used a gram of test without an aromatase inhibitor, while stacking with tren or d-bol), who wears white t-shirts all the time.

Me personally... I'm a bit paranoid. I'm always checking my nips for lumps, and any time they get even a little puffy I freak out and use nolva for a few weeks. I'm currently using letro at 1.25 mg eod with my stack. I have as of yet to have a lump under one of my nipples, and have no intention of doing so.
 
You seem to be confusing PCT and gyno. You can develop gyno before your cycle is over. The purpose of post cycle therapy is to help speed up the recovery of your natural testosterone production, not so much the prevention of gyno. Gyno prevention should be addressed at the very start of steroid use.
 
i have read posts stating that its a post aas hing and a during, i have done 3 cycles and never got it, so i dont adress it until post although i do keep some nolva handy just incase

I hate the really strong guys in my gym who are fat as shit. They may be stronger than me, but I'm sure I get twice the pussy that they get.

LOL @ Napolean...take it from a guy who was always on the side of the fence with the fat strong guys....we always hated you too! hehe.
I was always stronger than most of the guy's in school and later at the gym's with lifting partners. Although I could handle more plates...they always looked better. I guess there is alway some kind of trade off!

That's right. Why bother to pump yourself full of drugs and kill yourself 5 or 6 days a week at the gym, if you look like shit? Personally I want to have a sexy physique, that catches the attention of women as I pass by.

The other night a female friend of mine was looking at me laying on my bed and said "DO you know how sexy you are?" My answer "yes." She said, "Damn you are so arogent..." Was she turned off by my response? Nope she just started kissing my chest... and feeling my body.

So, you guys who chose to eat crap when you bulk, and use alot of test without an aromatase inhibitor can chose that route, but its a trade off. The alternative has its benefits... which are well worth the effort.
 
.... anyway, being fat has nothing to do with being strong. I don't seem to have too many problems keeping up with the powerlifters at my gym who are fluffy.

Thats true. Mass does not equal strength, muscle mass equals strength.

Just look at Ron Coleman. Deadlifting 800x2 and squatting 800x2 with a BF% that is very very low.

I think being fatter may be an advantage for bench press competitors -- don't have to bring the bar down as far. But hell, I don't know much about powerlifting, I could be wrong.

Yup. As bbers, if we ever become satisfied, we may stop progressing. A am never satisfied and never will be -- this keeps me motivated to keep working harder.
