scar tissue?

I rotate my sites regularly and rarely use more than 1 cc in my delts. Unfortunately it looks like a have a lump in my side delt. It may prevent me from competeing. Anybody know how to get rid of scar tissue?

I have scar tissue but it doesn't have a lump, just is tough when injecting. Maybe the scar tissue is keeping the oil in, try rubbing it hard

I alsohave been using OZonol creamtoprevent infection and it is supposedtosoften up the skin around the injection area

Along these lines, what do you guys regard as the upper limit, as far as volume and frequency of injections to avoid scar tissue?

there is something called prolotherapy (some dfoctors usually DO practice it) which uses injection of a sugary solution in order to break up the scar tissue (by damaging it) and lessen the appearance of scars at same time. If you need one, check google for the Osteopathic medicine www site and do a doctor lookup with prolotherapy as a search criteria. Im doing it now and the results are good. Usually takes 3-6 injections.

I inject in the same spot at least a week from the first injection. There is plenty if spots to inject so rotate often. I only inject a 2ml maximum...personal preference but you can do three

I had the same problem in my shoulders. Theywould lump for a couple of days. i was shooting a little low in my delt. Moved it up and the problem went away. Along with taking 5 mins to push 3 cc's thru a 25g.

Man, I have permanent scar tissue or it might even be just crazy muscular development on both sides of my ass due to previous injections over the past several years. It has went down a little, but it looks pretty funny when I lean down. My fiance calls them my elephant ears. You can literally grab and hold on to the mutherfu**ers.
