Scammed.......What should I do?????

About 1 year ago I placed an order for myself and a friend of a friend. I sent the money and never got the stuff. I lost about $800 and the other guy who I don't really know lost about $600. I finally gave up waiting for the order and explained to him that we both got scammed. He stated that he either wants what he ordered or his money back. I told him that I lost alot of money too and I can't afford to make up for his loss too. Am I wrong? I feel bad but it's a risk we take. Tell me your opinions. Thanks!

I explained it from the beginning but I think that he thinks that he paid for a service and product that he never received and he expects me to have a 100% money back guarantee. I'm not afraid of him or anything it's just that I think he's questioning my honesty. I mean I lost more money than he did in this whole thing.

well I would calmly explain it once again...You can not blame him for being pissed. If he does not understand it after the second conversation then tell him to go get bent, or get beaten...

Did you explain the risks when he gave you the money? Also did you mark up the prices to make a profit for yourself? I am assuming you did.

You probably didn't, otherwise he wouldn't have given you the money. You probably also made some profit from his order.

You can work something out or you can do nothing ( you basically rip him off).
