So.. I work in an office that has two seperate division and actually two different companys just co-owned by the same man..... Every day after lunch some of the men from Division B come back smelling nothing but weed... WTF? Do they actually think NO ONE will ever notice. COME ON!

Eyes all glassy... smelling up the office. I know my ass can't be the only one that notices this shit. I think it hilarious that they don't think its noticable. Acting all innocent and shit... Normally I just walk by and do a double sniff and smile....

And the company does routine drug test, because they have to, but they give the hands a month or so notice before... bwahahaha...

Actually the three I am talking about are in managment. And this all takes place in a company vehicle. Its pretty funny when they are trying to be all sneaky. The other three ladies in the office are prolly clueless.... but I know for sure that the engineer (my boss) and a few others are on to them.

I worked at an office that annoying teenagers who'd smoke up behind the building & many ppl would complain about it.

They'd come in stink up the office & it would give me a headache.

Yet they don't get fired. They give "warnings" to ppl but don't fire them very often.

Im sure that they do much more on the job... the part that pisses me off is that they are supposed to be setting an example for their hands. These hands are sent to run large equipment.. and they are allowed to get away with the alcohol and drug use. This puts both me, when I am working around their equipment for drawing updates, and our welders in danger.

its not actually the company I work for but a sister company. We design and build their equipment, so we work side by side... yet both companys have independant rules. Crock of shit if you ask me... and it causes alot of issues between our welders and the coil hands.
