Saw Eric Frohm (sp?) and Craig Titus this weekend.

They were at the Mr. Colorado as guest posers. DAMN! This was the first time I've ever seen any of these guys up close and I have a whole new respect for them. These two dudes just look fucking amazing. Frohm had veins in his triceps. Now THAT is ripped. When asked about the Mr. O and Kamali, Titus simply stated, "I hate that son-of-a-bitch."

The show itself was prett good too. Fun stuff. I definitately want to get to more shows in the near future. It was a great time.
