Ur comming up with a lot of stuff that neither me nor anyone else here has said – you should really check your notes before u come in here and start swingin on my nutz.

What are the most annoying comments that we see newbies make over and over and over…? I’d like to hear it so we can make a sticky or something and put it on their foreheads.

swinging on your nuts huh? How about we post a sticky of comments by internet "experts", "tough guys", or "people interested in body enhancement". in which they make complete clowns of themselves by talking down to others to make themselves feel better
and not that it matters, but that is me in my avatar, so I would say I have more than a passing interest in "body enhancement", but for some reason I dont feel the need to post comments like that about newbies

lol, funny thing is I remember being a newbie too, and asking the same questions. Its like being the small guy at the gym, you go up to the huge fucker, and ask advice, and remember how small he makes you feel when he talks down to you for asking. I remember that, and always take time to help anyone in the gym that asks, as I remember being the smallest guy in the place...we were all there once...some of us forget
I have been good, my wife is due next week, so between that and my 3 year old, been pretty busy...think I am doing another show in the fall, should be fun getting ready for one with a newborn in the house

I got 3 great kids of my own bro.they bring joy and problems all at the same time.mine are 8/3/2 right now.boy/girl/boy I bet your kids think your the strongest biggest man in the world to.mine always do.I just laugh when my oldest son tells me how he tells all his friends his dad is a monster.

how long you bin marred bro?long time? is your wife into fitness like you?some times I wish my wife was.she sits around eating the worst shit in the world and never gets any bigger then 100bls and it just kills me.she will down a pint
of ice cream a night some times for weeks at a time and not even think about it.I got her a membership at my gym and she has bin maybe 10 times and only to go tanning lol.

cool, thats quite an age range. Its funny, whenever my son doesnt want to do something, he says he cant do it as he doesnt have "super big muscles like daddy"...great excuse for a kid that turned 3 in march. he comes to the daycare at the gym every day, its the best part of both our days.

I've been with my wife almost 9 years. Shes not into fitness, now she is eating everything in sight because shes pregnant and I cant say a thing...Her weight goes up and down, I bet she wishes that her weight would stay the same and she could eat anything...I think she hates people that can though. Shes having the baby on fri july 27(scheduled c-section) I told her she can come to the gym with me on the monday....somehow shes not impressed with me or the idea

my wife looked like she ate the kid the first time around, this time looks like she is hiding the beach ball, she really is a beautiful pregnant this time...defintely cool about the b-day, no overnight labour either
