why is the karma i give still grey?

the karma help page http://www.elitefitness.com/forum/karmahelp.html says that i need 100 posts to be able to give green/red karma:

"Once you have a minimum of 100 posts, you get 10 Karmic points and the Karma clicks you give out begin to count."
