my daily schedule:

wake up.. hit up some proteins.. check emails.
a few hours work max! lol

then hit the beach..
its 90 degrees here march-october and i live on the beach so its easy to tan.

then a couple hours nap before my workouts.

so yeah bro.. lots of sun.. and SOME paint too
