On osta, very minimal strength gained, but you do cut fat and gain lean mass ez..
S4 you get great strength gain and muscle hardness.. Maybe 15-30lbs on bench and squat etc
My bench went from 315 to 385 while on, since being off S4 its stayed right around 355-365 depending on how Im feeling. Now not all of that was from the S4, while on I actually took the time to learn how to bench the correct way as well as incorporated some Westside bench workouts (band work, static holds etc).
