Whats up community, haven't posted in years but back at it. I am about to run an Ostarine and Cardarine stack. I have been on TRT for 1 year, blood work every 3 months, all my levels are in good shape. I am looking to cut, so I was going to run ost at 20 and card at 15 for 12 weeks. I have been reading and see that there is no specific time of day to take these as long as its around the same time each day. Do to work, one week I will be hitting the gym in am and one week in pm. What is the “ideal” time to take each? And do/can you take them together? I would either take in am or pm just wasn't sure since I have read a few things that said don't take right before a workout. Any input is appreciated.

The best way is to split dose, AM after breakfast and right before you train

so dose wise

week 1-12 sarms cycle
cardarine gw501516 20mgs/ed
ostarine mk2866 50mgs/ed
n2guard 7 caps/ed (organ liver support required)


AM after food
10mgs cardarine
25mgs ostarine
1 hour after 3 caps n2guard

pm before you train
10mgs cardarine
25mgs ostarine
1 hour after 4 caps n2guard

on days off PM dose should be after 2nd meal of day

I like to add light stenabolic with cardarine
20mgs cardarine
10mgs stenabolic preworkout
on top of rad/osta
