Let me start by saying today I trained upper body and in a fasted state. My last meal was 8pm last night and I trained at 11am this morning. Considering I'm pretty depleted my workout was excellent. My workout was pretty basic and very fast paced. Incline DB press super setted with DB rows and chin ups supper setted with push ups. I left the gym pumped to the max and vascular as fuck. This is not a side effect of fasted training. That's for sure. Could this be the S4 at work already?????
