Whats up again guys. Seems I am askin' a lot of questions lately, but I have another reguarding a Sarms stack.
Basically, do you have to lift weights to get the muscle building effects from them? Or can you add lean mass and a bit of fat loss just with cardio and a good diet?
My best mate workouts out everyday. But he doesn't lift. He runs, does abs, then does a circuit of push-ups, pull-ups, and plyos a few times a week. The skinny fashion model type. So could he benefit from a sarms stack?
