Sarms does not work for everyone

Just wanted to throw my experience out there. first i want to say i did order it from the board sponsor. it is 100% legit. at 100mg a day the only thing i experienced any different then usual is the side effects on the eyes. it got pretty bad. just going from one room to a room with slightly darker light in it i was nearly blind. it did go back to normal after 3 or 4 days. as for performance enhancement, i have none to report. i noticed no additional strength, no additional fatloss and no added stamina. personally ill spend the money and go with aas instead. to tell the truth, i felt more enhancement from those androstat poppers from eas back in the day before they got taking off the shelf. i have to say although i am the only one i know that has tried it so i cant compare to anyone else, but it sounds like a placebo effect to me. even when i see peoples before and after pics from their sarms cycle, i dont see any big difference that couldnt be from just working out a little more on its own. not really here to discuss or argue. this is just my experience. oh, and i do MMA thats why i tried this with everyones suggestions that it is good for endurance explosiveness that MMA fighters use. Just didnt work for me.

33 years old 5' 11" 185 pounds 10% or less bodyfat. drop to 170 for the ring.

Lol...nice first post.

Sarms are perfect for MMA fighters. There is thread on here where a MMA fighter ran a log. I will see if I can dig it up.

Your gonna get vison sides at 100mgs with the s4. Keep it aorund 50 and use some billberry.

Truckdaddy, is Sarms the only thing that will effect vision? Why does it if you know? The reason , I ask because I have had trouble with my vision the last two cycles I have done and I am getting ready to do an even bigger one. Will Test/Tren/ etc: have the same effect? Thanks

How long did you take S4 at 100mg/day before declaring it useless? S4 is even more potent than OSTA for strength, so if your nutrition was on point and your weight training was intense, I can't see any way S4 would not elicit some results after three weeks of continued usage.

As I said I am not here to argue. I am not saying anyone else is lying. I train in MMA. My diet Is Not An Issue. the bottle is almost empty. i am at the end of the cycle. plus, i dont weight train as i have no desire to get any bigger. i only use body weight. pullup situps, push ups... all different varieties and styles of course with explosive speed in the sets. i can bust out 100 push ups without stopping no problem. i know what im doing. maybe i am just at my peak. i dont know. as i said im not here to argue, just to let others know of my experience with it. its the only reason i signed up. not a body builder. no desire to get big. i tired out what i read everywhere that everyone recommended. i got it from the board sponsor. only thing i got from it was the vision side effects that were a bit scary, but as everyone said they went away after 3 or 4 days. (took a small break from it in the middle when the vision stuff was too much). something i didnt see anywhere else though is that after the first break to let my eyes recoup, the second go round the eye problem has yet to come back. a liitle yellowish, but not the blindness like the first round. thats my two cents. with that i thank the site for the info i have found, and wish you all the best of luck with whatever enhancers you choose to try out. take care.

Makes sense to me, most people dont get stoned there first time smoking weed either. Thanks for the post.

I am logical with all supplements if there were major breakthrough stuff for fat loss or endurance everyone would be using it and the maker would be richer then Bill Gates. I also think everyone would get a result may be different but everyone would. Take testosterone for example there is no one that can do a cycle and not get anything from it unless it is bunk. I am sure someone will come up with something sometime. It took me a couple of years to get that through my thick skull. Juice tried and true.

almost done with a bottle of s4..only thing i noticed was better recovery. I experienced no strength gains. It varies from person to person i guess.

To the best of my knowledge SARMS S-4 is the only compound that will affect vision if ran at too high of a dose, the reason for this is Sarm does what the name says S_A_R_M_ Selective Androgen Receptor modulator being this it binds to the receptor and vision problems is cause by sarms binding to the receptors in the eye.

As far as juice i have never had a vision problem running any of it!

I've been training MMA for nearly 4 years now, and I can assure you that strength training (heavy weight training, 5 reps and under) is absolutely necessary for the sport. It increases raw strength and power, especially the deadlift (hip strength). Bodyweight exercises are good for assistance exercises, or to be performed when you are closer to a fight (to avoid overtraining from heavy weight lifting). The main reason you saw no effects, is because you did not stimulate or overload your skeletal muscle and your central nervous system enough, which is done through heavy lifting, olympic power lifting, and plyometrics. Anybody with a kinesiology background (i have a M.S. in kinesiology) knows that heavy weight lifting is necessary for increased motor unit recruitment which leads to increased strength. I have also tested s4, and placebo effect or not, my deadlift jumped from 285 to 320 in one cycle. I kept the dosage at about 50-60 mg per day. If done correctly you will not gain weight, I stayed at 160, didn't gain or lose any weight other than a lb here and there.

Not trying to argue with you, just suggesting that you may not have trained adequately. Check out Chaimberg (GSP's strength coach), and the stuff he has his athletes do. Martin Rooney is another badass strength coach (trains Dan and Jim Miller, Renzo, and many more), and he also uses weight lifting/strength training. I figure why not do what the best in the world are doing.
Sorry for such a lengthy message.

Well said......I have had at least 8 of the guys that I train with use sarms. Yet to hear of a non responder. I have also had friends that have done full on cycles, ate like shit and didnt train and complained about their results. You get what you put in.

even if he didn't do that ,he should have still lost some underlying fat in areas that you don't normally loose fat!

I'm also going to run SARMSSEARCH OSTA as a standalone for PCT, but my couple months of experience with it thus far have been obvious and very enjoyable. I have to say that I am quite frankly the MOST SEVERE non-responder to supplements.
