Ok this is my fourth day since I started sarms and I can already feel the results! I lift upper body on Mondays, circuit training on Tuesday and Thursday, lower body on Friday. I'm usually pretty spent and soar by the time the Thursday circuit rolls around but this morning I felt I had more energy and the soarness, though not completely gone, has subsided. As far as training at night I train Jujitsu 3 days a week and MMA 2 days a week. I hoping this will improve my endurance and strength for the sport. I'm gonna keep an eye on my lifts too and see if my strength improves that area also. I'll keep everyone posted
