Sarms-4

Ok this is my fourth day since I started sarms and I can already feel the results! I lift upper body on Mondays, circuit training on Tuesday and Thursday, lower body on Friday. I'm usually pretty spent and soar by the time the Thursday circuit rolls around but this morning I felt I had more energy and the soarness, though not completely gone, has subsided. As far as training at night I train Jujitsu 3 days a week and MMA 2 days a week. I hoping this will improve my endurance and strength for the sport. I'm gonna keep an eye on my lifts too and see if my strength improves that area also. I'll keep everyone posted
 
Ok its been 10 days since I last posted I wanted to make sure I had something to report. The best gains I have seen are in my recovery. I feel great all week and am able to push 100% throught the practices and workouts! this stuff is awesome. I feel like my endurance has increased and i'm outlasting some of my training partners that used to outlast me. I'm feeling more explosive with my lifts also
 
Finishing up my 3rd week since I started and I'm very happy with my results. I don't do many conventional lifts but the ones I do such as deadlift, dumbell bench and rows have gone up. I don't max but the weight I rep on bench and rows have gone up 10lbs and deadlifts up 20lbs. I do alot of plyo exercises and I'm able to be explosive for more reps than before I started sarms. My training partners say I feel stronger and my endurance has greatly increased. I haven't experienced any yellow vision just takes a little longer for my eyes to adjust going from a bright room to a dark one.
