9:08pm after 5th squat set
220.0lbs at the gym
ATF Squat
bar for 8, 100x5, 140x5, 160x2, 195x5, 240x4 (belted..lower back fawked)...
hurt like a bitch... layed down for a bit... back felt "100%" at the time then did 1 more rep. ... layed down again... exhausted now on top of it hurting to even bend down to get a drink at the water fountain.
thought i devised a little plan to attack my PR...
315x1 walk out... probably should have done more maybe... walk out felt fine, i dipped a bit just to feel the weight...lol... not ready to squat that yet.
270x1 pr (I completed one... i did 2 ... 1/2 reps ... doesn't count)
Close Grip Bench Press

175x0 ... didn't bother attempting in an empty gym with no spot

fawk that... can't even bend over my body weight right now.

85's for 6 ... i think that's a pr, lol... exhausted, and not sure if that was a pr or not. Happy with that at least ...
