same muscle every 5 days?

the pain from my prop cycle is getting so stupid (cant actually walk) that i am going to try shooting every day in the hope that this minimises it since doses will be halved. i dont really want to do any upper body shots, so am i ok to rotate just quads and delts like i alreayd am, except it will mean they get hit every 5 days??
 
tried absolutely everything.. i heat it up, i shoot before training that body part, ive tried heat pads and ice packs, massages, ibuprofens and paracetomols... none help.. not many options left!
