I was going to scan this, but I have not yet gotten access to a scanner, so I did the next best thing. Oh well.
First I edited out my name on there, but more than a few people off this forum will recognize my address on there. Second it contained my phone number as well and since I am not single anymore, I can't have you testosterone deficient peeps calling me for dates anymore.
Here is the paperwork
This was the results of my levels BEFORE using Dermacrine. My last cycle ended in July 06, 1 gram test weekly, 800mg EQ weekly, 3 ius of GH daily. I did not do any PCT then. (Have never done PCT anyway for any other cycle either.)
When I get my AFTER results back from the lab at the two week mark where I had been using Dermacrine everday, I will post them here as well. But I honestly tell you this stuff works. It has improved my focus in the gym and my libido has gone up, so has the, ummmm... you know quanity of love potion I put as well.
