I went to court and told the Judge and prosocuter that the officer kinda fibbed a little bit... and the let me off on two tickets, cause he was a rookie!!!! Little dickhead.... this little asshole gave me 2 tickets for some bullshit... my dick is bigger than he is. What a loser asshole. I wonder how he feels now that I just got off... and he threatened to take me to jail and take mt license for a year. That "Command Presence" does not work with me. I used to pick on these losers in high school.

For the following reasons:

A. You won't win.
B. You will have wasted hours of your time.
C. The cop gets overtime for going to court with you.

Sorry to here about the ticket, but I must say that PO radar is very accurate, all PO radar is accurate to +- 1kmph, and as like what was already mentioned going to court is most likely as waste of your time, however, you might bet on the chance that the PO's boss won't pay OT for traffic court, or that the judge will reduce your fine(feeling sorry for you), happens a lot up here. $200 American for a speeding ticket is like the fine for excessive speeding here in Canada ($350).

Case law dictates that a PO doesn't have to be a radar expert, only that he must have knowledge in the setup, testing and operation of the radar unit.
