yah but it's a lot harder to do if the other person would really try tohurt you

You don't think the other person is trying to hurt him huh? See if you could take a try. I wonder if the results would be the same?

What a beautiful sport to watch, very graceful and fluid. I have never seen an Aikido practitioner in MMA action but as I watch I could see how you could use the arm to flip / drop your opponent and then throw your leg over and lay down into an armbar.

trojan horse, your name has not made you aware of its implication. you have been owned by steven seagal, and smiled while he owned you. this is not a personal attack on you, but you have fallen for the hype.

a true test of skill and style to to cross credit it against other arts or free fighting. a master of an art isnt that way against the rest of the world, only that art. that means they have mastered THAT art only and can dominate those who have lesser ranking.

it doesnt mean that they are super duper master of everyone they come across. but it does mean that they at least have a degree of skill that may allow an easier win...may...

as Aikido relies on fine motor skill, when the adrenaline pumps, it falls apart and the practitioner isnt trained against an aggressive partner. street life changes everything, and the mind can shut down the art through fear. I have seen aikido dudes start swinging when shit hits the fan, which shows me it was the aikido that won, it was the over hand right.

dont believe everything you 'see' on tv. it is context relative.

p.s, YARG! will be oblivious to stevens attacks while he wipes his ass on stevens hakama. YARG!="what is that noise? a mosquito? ahh, never mind, I will take a dump right here on this black curtain"...

I'd be happy to spar with Steven Segal
but I mean I think he's probubly a bit busy to spar with some nonfamous random martial artist he's never met
but maybe you can talk him into it
of course you have to understand, Aikido dosn't TRUELY have sparring so when you mention sparring he might get a little confused

the idea that anyone could think that first video was people trying to hurt him, is a bit depressing
or at the least, laughable
