S/C water and skinfolds

what part does subcutaneous water play in getting pinched and taking skinfold measurements. in other words if you are holding water would skinfold measurements be larger than if you were not holding as much water

Well,

If you have a lot of subdermal water, then of course it will add a few % to your reading, but I think overall it does not play a big role. When you pinch the fat, roll your fingers so the water gets out of the place you're about to test.

thanks Mr X. i went from 8.9 to 10.1 and was just kinda curious. i've been running the yohimburn on my lower abs and my ab pinch was the biggest culprit of them all went from 15.5 to 19, so i hope it's just water
